Songs from the Secret House

This album will be a collaboration with talented young musicians. Mees Siderius will not only be playing drums, but also percussion ánd….vibraphone, one of my favorite instruments. Koen Boeijinga is a wonderful composer and saxophone player, and he also experiments with all kinds of small exotic instruments, bells, whistles etc. In this way he will add great colour to the album. Mieke van Dam is a phenomenal maker and improviser, she is unique in het performances and on this album she will add amazing melodies on theremin. On one piece, Rogier Hornman will add his cello magic and last but not least there will be clarinetsolo’s by the established and unique Steven Kamperman, wonderful player and great friend of mine. Artwork and photography will be made by Moniqu Besten. This is an example of her Polaroid photography (this won’t be the cover, new work will be made)
